What Is Blue ?
You asked me: What Is Blue ?
and I really don't know what to say to you,
cause it's only you who can ask me such a thing
So I'd rather show you this
and I am telling you, if it is like this
it's blue,
but the truth is
it is called Azure

The Blonde And The Blue
A while ago I saw a young father at Bonza Bay beach with his blonde twin boys.
It was a super super beautiful and cute sight - the blonde and the blue - so I could not resist to do a small secret photographic portrait of them.
The father and their nanny definitely had all four hands full
There was a great deal of practice involved - to get a good slide downwards done.
encouraging hand-shakes were exchanged every time before the challenge
Down, down , down and once succeeded - up again it was!
Hard work indeed !

NEVER THE SAME
The view from my veranda over the valley and the little stream that flows through it is never the same.
The Cumulus clouds building themselves up form an amazing background for the black silhouette of the gum trees in the distance.
Quickly changing colors and clouds formations make this a special treat for the eyes that I have enjoyed many times with a cup of coffee or wine and my camera.
An African Thunderstorm preparing itself is like a mystical and sacred moment.
It cleanses not only the air and earth but the soul as well

The Blue Sky And Me
I love these two photos so much!
Without really being aware of it I have created images that have a 3D perspective.
Without really being aware of it I have created images that have a 3D perspective.
The coral trees were in full blossom. The nectar of the bright orange flowers made the perfect late-afternoon snack for a black sun bird.
I have often wondered if I could choose any form of life what I would like to be ? What form of life would I like to experience?
Would I like to be a bird? Sometimes it seems that they are so much more vulnerable than other creatures and their life is shorter.
But the experience of freedom must be immense.

LOOK UP
Look up !
Cause up and above is the blue sky and the sun. And the clear fresh air. And the mighty wind -hot or cold.
Above your head are the birds stretching their wings sailing through the sky. Get inspired by their fearlessness and their understanding of freedom.
Up there are the clouds chasing each other and riding the sky-ocean.
Above is vastness and spirit. Up there are other spirits living their spirit life but observing your existence.
Power comes from above and runs through you to the ground.
Up there are answers.
So look up !
Especially when the sky is blue.

Walk of life
THE WALK OF LIFE

THE WALK OF LIFE FINE ART PHOTOGRAPHY PRINT
I wish you a walk of life that is as beautiful as this photograph, on a white sandy path along an azure blue sea under a clear sunny sky so that you don't want to stop walking EVER.
Flowers and trees shall be everywhere and other creatures too - not of human kind.
The wind shall play with you and you will become a prisoner of beauty. You shall forget where you wanted to go - so that in the end you arrive where you have to be.
This photograph was taken during my last holiday at the sea.
This fine art print is available in my Etsy Shop :Chocolat Negro Recycled Design and Art

Impressions of an hour
La Vie est belle souvent, mais tu dois regarder...
( I was told by a friend in Mauritania)
From time to time I like to do a little experiment. I sit back and imagine a friend had called me and requested that I show him the wonders of life in just an hour's time. I invite you to come with us today. Let me show you what I found.
At first I would show my friend this night-moth comfortably resting on my window since the early morning hours. A lucid light turquoise colored beauty.
Then, the wind breathing clouds onto the bright-blue canvas of the sky. The blue of the sky is sometimes so strong and bright that it can make you dizzy.
Until the blue has lost and it's color has been weakened and is shining through only occasionally through a crocheted-like cloud cloth.
Freshly cooked steaming hot pasta is one of the greatest wonders of life for me. Bless Italy. With oil, garlic and Parmesan. Perfect.
A while ago a big old beautiful tree had been cut in one of the alleys of my town. I took some of the cut-off rings home and painted them white. They have now a new life as rests for books and cups and glasses. But one wanted more. A seed has found new life in old matter.
I would not forget to show my friend the roots of a giant tree in my garden.
