THE SUN GOT TRAPPED

One evening the sun got all wild, burned the sky and misbehaved like a child.

Then it got trapped by a tree who had truly enough.
And the sun fought like a wolf. Howling and crying.

But the tree showed it the way.
And the sun had to stay there all night.

Every Child's Good Things

The words that I am going to write are not mine. They are not " my own right words " but they are so beautiful that I want to rewrite them humbly.
And when you read them you will understand my obsession with words.

I, NATURE, give to you, to be yours for ever and ever, the right to the free enjoyment of this world.
I give to you the years that are before you, and the world that is about you.

I give to you the Sun by day and the Moon by night, with the power to wake as the Earth rolls into the light of the Sun....

and the power to sleep when the night comes.

Like An Antelope

To look at perfect things gives you better thoughts.
My writings serve this purpose- to admire the multitude of perfect and wonderful creations of this world, planet, universe...... as far as we can see.
One of the undeniably most perfect creations is the African Kudu Antelope and on our way back through the African Sunset we were given a very special treat.

Not scared, open, inquisitive, curious................. just a little shy. I felt like watching him for hours

He reminded me of the story of " THE LITTLE PRINCE" by Antione de Saint-Exupery. How do you tame something ? By becoming it's friend.

THE SPIRIT OF THE LAND

I was not born on this continent.
But this is what I fell in love with when setting my feet first on it's ground.
I could say simply Afrique, mon Afrique. And I go to capture that first time feeling from time to time to keep my mind free and open.

The vast slopes that open up your soul.
You cannot look at them and feel nothing.
It' is impossible to feel nothing when looking at African landsacpes.
This is the origin of everything.

African grass has fascinated me ever since.
Shimmering golden in the evening sun as the hair of a beautiful Northern princess in an old fairy tale from my country.

Colors no-one can really capture.

And Eternity. Closeness to the universe
