LOVE AND HOPE
RED AND GREEN
LOVE AND HOPE
I have declared this picture officially one of my favorites of 2010. Shells lying on the bottom of a rock pool in clear ocean water - as clear as it gets. And a perfect mixed media composition.

STORIES OF THE SEA
Shells in a small sea water pool only visible at low tide, organized in clear pattern.

Strolling along the beach makes me happy. Always has. I have been longing for the sea since I was a child. I could say I have a relationship with the ocean. I see a thousand things that make me happy while I walk.

When you have a camera in your hand you get more attentive, your perception is intensified. The ocean is the oldest story teller in the world. I can find inspirations for my work everywhere. This washed out rock at the beach - a piece of art and it would be extremely difficult to copy it. Brancusi could do it.
Reed - grass growing on the dunes, just where the sand is soft an white. Beautiful design for a ring.

What is a creative person?
Hanging from a tiny string of dried mud....
My favourite architect is the spanish genious Antoni Gaudi. This nest makes me think of his famous houses in Madrid and Spain with wasp-nest like balconys.
How does one define creativity? How does creativity develop? Is is natural or learned.

Is being interested in anything that might explain the workings of the human mind a prerequiste? Is there a universal fluid whose equilibrium or disturbance explains health and disease.
Are wasps naturally creative or is psychic energy stored somewhere like Jung suggested.
